These Terms and Conditions apply to all stormglass.io API Services (“Services”) provided by Storm Glass AB (“Company”). The data currently provided via the services from the data sources currently available via the services, as well as additional data that will become available in the future, will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the Services, you signify you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Limited Rights To Use The Service
You may not transfer your access rights or disclose your password to any third party. Company reserves the right to modify or terminate any of the Services at any time. You are solely responsible for not using the Services for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or deemed unlawful by local legislation were you operate. If you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, your authorization to use the Services will be terminated effective immediately.

Charges and Payment
You agree to pay the subscription fees for any Services for which you subscribe until you cancel your subscription. Company reserves the right to modify the subscription fees upon notice of such modifications to ongoing subscribers from time to time.

Limitations of the Service
You understand and accept that weather predictions are by nature uncertain and there are no guarantees from any part regarding the correctness of the data. You also understand the Services does not create the weather forecast data and hence Company is not responsible for the correctness of the data provided via the Services. You understand the Services rely on the data sources (e.g. weather forecast institutes) to provide the weather data and if these data sources for any reason have issues providing data at any given time, this is beyond Company’s control. These issues include but are not limited to; issues in making data accessible to third parties, issues in creating the weather data. The Services may be delayed or interrupted by other various events beyond Company’s control including, but not limited to; failure by internet service providers, malfunction in data transmission, failure of communications or equipment, acts of war, acts of terrorism, weather disasters or national disasters. Company makes no guarantees as to the correctness or accuracy of the information and content provided as part of the Services. The Services could include technical or typographical errors, inaccuracies or other errors. Unauthorized additions, deletions, and alterations could be made to the Services by third parties. The nature and content of the Services may be changed or updated without notice. You may cancel the service at any time, and will not be billed for additional subscription periods. Company will not provide any refunds.

Limited Warranty
Company makes no warranties as to the accuracy of the data or weather forecasts provided via the services. The entire risk as to quality, accuracy and performance is with you. Company, or any other party contributing to the service, does not warrant that the Services will be error free, uninterrupted or providing accurate or reliable data. You solely assume total risk and responsibility for your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability
Company is not responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages relating in any way to the Services or data provided via the Services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, increased costs, loss of data or business interruption. Company shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages in excess of the amount of 1 (one) monthly subscription fee.

Privacy Policy
Company collects information that you provide to us directly or indirectly by using the Services. Such information may be used by Company for a variety of purposes, for instance statistical analysis and to be able to improve and personalize the service we need insights about how you interact with the service.

Third Party Partner Information
Company uses third party products for various functions related to the Services. For example we use Kayako to communicate with you. From these third party products we get information about you (because it is included in their product), for example what device you are using when using the Services.

What Kind of Information We Share
To be able to use third party products to improve the service, such as user tracking products, Company provide them with relevant information. These partners must comply with strict privacy requirements.

How Long We Store Information About You
Company store data as long as necessary to provide the Services. The information associated with your account is stored until your account is deleted, unless we need the information to provide the Services. You can delete your account at any time. To do so, email support@stormglass.io

Company strive to store data to keep it as safe as possible. However, we cannot and do not guarantee security of any information you transmit to or from the Services.

How We Communicate With You
You consent to be contacted by Company via email or other medium to receive information about the Services including, but not limited to, product updates and news, information about new features, notifications when new weather data sources have been added.

Subscriber Information
Company collects information that you provide to us directly or indirectly by using the Services. Such information may be used by Company for a variety of purposes for instance statistical analysis.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Company. Company may from time-to-time revise these Terms and Conditions.

Legal Authority
You hereby confirm that you are 16 years of age or older, of legal age to enter into contracts, and have full authority and competency to enter into and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Expedited Arbitrations of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The seat of arbitration shall be Stockholm. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be Swedish.
